Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and helps secure this website. In doing so, Cloudflare may process standard network and request information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate contracting or partnership opportunities, maintain related business records, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing without your permission.
How we share information
We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and deliver your inquiry:
- Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects the website and its contact endpoint.
- Resend transmits contact-form submissions as email.
- Google Workspace receives and stores business correspondence in our company mailbox.
These providers process information for their respective services and under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Orinoco or others. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate opportunities, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information may remain for a limited period in provider backups or logs. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information we collect, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we hold about you by emailing hello@deorinoco.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral advertising tools. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember whether you selected English or Spanish. That preference is not used to identify you or track activity across websites. Because we do not conduct cross-site behavioral tracking, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do not knowingly allow advertising or analytics providers to collect personally identifiable information about your activity over time and across other websites through this site.
Children
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
